Welcome to the Joffe Law Firm Website. We have represented Coloradan’s for over 27 years. Our firm works with and represents individuals in several areas including Medical Marijuana, Appellate, Criminal Defense, and in Social Security Disability. Ms. Joffe has extensive experience as an Expert Witness in cases where Criminal Defendant’s received ineffective assistance of counsel. Ms. Joffe also has extensive experience as an advocate for children in domestic relations cases. We are members of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar, the Colorado Women's Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association and the National Association of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives. The Joffe Law Firm has been recognized twice by the Colorado Supreme Court for pro bono service in the community.
